3. What personal struggles have you overcome that you rarely share publicly?

4. What opinions do you hold that might be considered controversial in your industry?

5. What aspects of your approach differ from the "conventional wisdom" in your field?

CRAFTING YOUR POLARIZATION STATEMENT

Use this template to craft your polarization statement:

"I'm not for everyone, and that's by design. If you're looking for [conventional approach], I'm not your person. But if you're ready for [your unique approach] despite [potential objection], then you've found your guide. I believe [controversial opinion], and I've proven that [your claim] through my journey from [your starting point] to [your current position]."
